Refund policy

As shopbykaiya is a limited stock collection, items cannot be canceled, returned and or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the order is placed, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged unless an incorrect address was provided and changed BEFORE a shipping label is created. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Before submitting your order, please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order. 

If your items in any case arrives faulty/damaged, or  you have received the wrong item, please report this immediately when receiving the item. Please provide photo evidence to shopbykaiya@gmail.com
